Homemade Smooth Chicken Liver & Brandy Pate served with toasted herb bruschetta
Roasted tomato, red pepper, sweet potato & fresh coriander soup, served with a warm crusty roll & butter
Mini prawn, smoked salmon & dill fishcakes on a dressed salad nest, served with homemade chunky tartare sauce
Chilled sweet melon with warm Welsh honey & toasted almonds
Creamy garlic & Mwstad Mel Cymraeg mushrooms, crowned with a Welsh rarebit crust, served with a warm petit pain

Slow Roasted Topside of Beef with a rich red wine, tarragon & wild mushroom jus & Yorkshire pudding
Oven roasted fillet of hake with a creamy mushroom & pancetta sauce, served on horseradish, leek & mustard mash
