Sweet & juicy honey dew melon laced with locally made Afon Mel honey Mead, sprinkled with toasted almonds

Cawl Cennin /Cream of Leek & Potato Soup with a warm crusty roll & butter

Wyau Ynys Mon/ Anglesey Eggs; Cae Melwr free range local eggs on a bed of braised leeks

with a creamy Welsh cheese sauce crowned with gratin cream potato

Sautéed garlic mushrooms served with a Welsh rarebit Caerphilly cheese crust

 

Main Courses

All main dishes are served with a selection of fresh seasonable vegetables

& Arwel’s own recipe Tatws Pum Munud (Welsh potato bake)

Tender pieces of Welsh lamb marinated with Ty Hyll honey, rosemary & mint

served on a skewer, with scented rice & Welsh yoghurt fresh mint dip

St Davids Chicken, with leek, bacon & mushroom sauce

Herb crusted fillet of Cod seasoned with Halen Mon,

served on bubble & squeak potato cake, garnished with deep fried crispy leeks

(V) Roasted Vegetable & Goats Cheese Crumble drizzled with Fresh Pesto
